Program Overview
The program spans four months (approximately 16 weeks), aligning with a typical academic semester or scholar calendar. This duration ensures you have ample time to fully immerse yourself in the himigo Experience while maintaining your educational commitments.
No Financial Burden. Himigo is committed to eliminating financial barriers. There are no fees associated with joining or participating in the program.
Skill Development. Access a wealth of resources and guidance aimed at skill development across technology, design, and distribution domains.

In technology, developers and data scientists work on innovative projects. In design, UI/UX professionals enhance their skills through real-world experience. In distribution channels, marketing, sales, and customer engagement play a central role.

For designers interested in user interface and user experience, enhancing design skills on real projects.

Including marketing, sales, and customer relationship management.

Full-Stack
Developer
Help build and improve our user interfaces using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
Graphic Designer
Create intuitive and engaging user experiences for our digital products.
Data Scientist (Co‑op)
Empower immigrant communities by transforming data into insights that guide growth, impact, and inclusion.
Project, Growth & Application Guide
Work on impactful projects, expand your network, and receive expert coaching.
Upon joining the program, each participant is expected to commence a project that aligns with current himigo initiatives and has potential market or organizational impact.
At the conclusion of the program, present your project, including initial plans and final findings, for feedback from peers and mentors. This presentation allows you to demonstrate project evolution over time, receive constructive feedback, and encourage iterative learning and personal growth.
To maintain confidentiality and integrity within our professional community, all participants are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon joining the program.
Participants are encouraged to expand their professional networks within the tech, design, and distribution industries during and after completion of the program. This aligns with himigo's mission of cultivating a skilled and versatile community.

Proposal: Provide a brief proposal (maximum one page; a paragraph is sufficient) outlining what you would like to change, add, or update in himigo's products.

We encourage continuous learning by accessing available resources that enhance understanding of industry trends. This includes workshops, webinars, and industry literature.
The program provides personalized coaching sessions tailored to individual needs every two weeks throughout your experience with us. These one-on-one meetings aim to assist in skill development beyond project expectations and provide personalized feedback and guidance.
